How can I become a sponsor?

Being a sponsor gives your company high visibility throughout the events and during races. Depending on your sponsorship level, your company's name will be displayed on signs, placed on trophies and even announced during each event!

Gold sponsors get their name on an ENTIRE LANE!! Your business name will be mentioned every time that lane is used during a race. Example: "Everyone please look to the Wickenheiser Mechanical lane". Also includes:

Silver sponsors get their business name on 4'X8' signs will be visible all the way down the pits and the front side of the bleachers. There is a $120.00 extra charge if you don't have a business sign. Also includes:

Bronze sponsors get 4'X2' signs of your business on the back of the bleachers or inside the tent. $80 extra charge of you don't have a business sign. Also includes:

Can I enter my own truck or lawn mower?

Anyone can build and bring a tough truck or lawn mower to race. First you must bring your rig in before the registration closing time to have it teched.

Tough truck and lawn mower races will have 1st 2nd and 3rd trophies and will have a payout (based on entries).

We follow the Canadian Mud Racing Organization regulations and guidelines.

Are there camping spots available?

We have camping spots reserved for participants and pit crews, and some spots will be available for non-participants. Spots may be limited, so Contact Us to reserve your spot early!

Participants will get a stall and pit area, and is limited to YOURSELF AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY ONLY!
There is an additional cost if you have a pit crew or have friends staying with you. Parking tags will be given out for each camper, and a registration booth will be marked onsite.

We are always looking for volunteer help before, during and after the event. We have tasks for people of all ages and skill levels, so please Contact Us for more details about becoming part of the WICKID team!

Can I setup my vendor booth or offer food services?

Yes you can! However limited food and merchandise vendor space is available !!!

Spaces fill quickly so book soon !!!

All spaces must be booked and paid for by June 1st, 2015 to secure your spot!
